URrelay, Inc. has opened a new call center in downtown Cedar Rapids, IA! We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team. As a Communication Assistant at URrelay, you will provide text-to-speech relay communication for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing individuals via their personal computer. Whether it's ordering a pizza, participating in a business meeting, scheduling an appointment, or just catching up with an old friend, you will be helping people connect to each other and the world they live in. Every call is different and there are no sales and no quotas! Feel good about your job by knowing you are offering a valuable service to the community.
This is NOT your average call center!
URrelay operates 24 hours per day, and we offer many shifts for both full and part time. Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, type at least 60 wpm, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
